Terrible management, poor at best customer care and filthy. Ordered on the app, was (very rudely) told that was inside, MUST go inside. Go inside, manager is extremely rude, says that's a drive thru order, MUST go to drive thru. I asked what was going on, why did the say to come in then? I told him that wasn't good customer service. He got angry, slammed my bag on the counter and said he was done with me and done talking about it. I will not waste my hard earned money or time there ever again.
Long wait for horrible food.
Sat at the drive through for 20 minutes before I had to go in and figure out where my food was! Drive through girl had to ask me four times what I ordered and still couldn’t figure it out! But she had no problem vaping to and from each car that she was serving food to. Never received any type of apology for no order. Seems like this McDonald’s needs to do a better job with their hiring practices.
