The food at this restaurant is actually really good, but the app experience is terrible. I couldn’t use a coupon for at least 15 minutes after getting it, which made me consider leaving altogether — that’s how many orders you're probably losing. Also, I specifically selected table service to see how it worked, but the girl just stood there yelling out the table number instead of bringing it over.
