Drive-thru late night... there was some black liquid in my Big Mac burger. I threw it away after seeing it in the light but regret not calling the cops to document the incident in case it was something laden with whatever. Scary stuff... usually decent food but even the fries were inedible. Hope someday all this type of food may be automated so that I can eat fast food again.
My family has a good experience here today on a Sunday afternoon in July 2026. Our order was accurate and the service was quick. Dining room could be a little cleaner, but overall a decent McDonald's experience.
Picked an order up of 2 Big Macs and 2 orders of fries. Fries were decent but the Big Macs were borderline terrible. The drive up line was quiet so the staff shouldn't have been rushed. Both were way over sauced and sloppily put together. Also the beef patties were tasteless and paper thin. Never again at this location and maybe all McDonald's. We would have been more satisfied with a homemade pb&j sandwich at the house.
Service is pretty quick but the morning manager is incredibly rude and snappy. Yells at employees in front of customers and angrily goes "what do you want?" When people are ordering. I hate leaving bad reviews but she's just way too unprofessional
