I’ve called the store 5 times to check on my food, no call back or answer, I had an online order that was placed since 12:30 still haven’t gotten my food and it’s 2:49 am , if my food doesn’t come it’s getting token up to hq!
Gave me the wrong breakfast order and charged me more. They corrected the charge when i called.
Start with I tried ordering in the app which wouldn't work, so we went inside. Ordered using the kiosk which did not provide us with a receipt. While standing waiting I observed what I was told was the manager (and young hispanic/latina woman) yelling at a young man who works there carrying food to customers. She was rude as can be every time he told her he needed something. All somethings that SHE left out of the orders as she was the one bagging the food.
