Waiting in line at intercom for over 7minutes and gave McDonald’s code for fries. I pulled up to the cashier window and was asked “what did you order?” I said large fries. I was charged full price no code input. I told her I used a code. She told me “you didn’t say that.” Very rude and had to wait for management, I also did not receive a refund receipt.
