Forgot entire $8 sandwich. Said I would have to come back to get a refund.
Bathroom was out of toilet paper. We asked for toilet paper and no one came to give us any. Had to wipe with napkins that felt like sandpaper and my daughter had to go get them! A worker went in after us to use the restroom with no toilet paper in hand. Not sure what she used to wipe with 🤮. Came out the restroom and put hand sanitizer on.. no soap! Would NOT recommend
Burger was burnt and looked like someone squeezed it in there fist, bathroom was disgusting, my shoe almost came off my foot because of the sticky floor, the homeless looking guy handing me my food.... Wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't friendly.
Just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service I received on Tuesday evening the 10th of February at your Smyrna Almaville Road location. I was getting a cookie tote to take to some friends. We give them as a gratitude gift to lots of places. When we are pleased with their service we give them cookie totes a lot of the time. They are always hot and delicious!
