I don’t know if they changed management or employees or both but in the last few months every order I have placed has been messed up. How hard is it to understand a plain dry bun with a slice of cheese? Someone here will immediately know this comment for my family being regulars. It’s a grilled cheese sandwich in the eyes of a kid with an eating disorder. Corporate needs to put a grilled cheese on the menu already! Sorry guys! You were our fave location but now you just a hot mess!
Customer Service was not good. Food was bland, including french fries. Soft drinks were flat, and had less taste (lacking in syrup). On top of the fact that the drink machines don't function well in the first place. Would recommend other McDonald's in the area much more.
OMG Jenna was AMAZING she was so sweet and went out of her way to make a coffee in a way they weren't allowed to! Amazing costumer service
If it wasn't for employee on customer side waiting for his food, I would have never got my sauce. He went behind counter and got it as 3 employees working walked past me sev times terrible cold soggy fries too..yay!
