still dont have systems in place to meet morning demands. i placed an mobile order app for curbside. waited 35 min for my foot at the pick up. im ready for ai to take over food industry as humans dont want to ensure customer service for your money anymore.
Drive thru gave me the wrong order. I ordered a quarter pounder meal. The girl at the first window confirmed my order was and I paid for it. The girl at the second window just gave me food along with the gen Z stare. Probably my fault for not checking but I assumed since I confirmed at the first window my order would be right at the second one. Didn’t even realize it was wrong till I was 10 miles down 285. Teach your drive thru kids to confirm orders.
