I was pick up order 854 on 12/10 I came in and ordered a snack wrap meal and 2 cheeseburgers(for full disclose i order 2 cheeseburgers no ketchup no onion shredded lettuce light mayo) I got to my table and realized there was now cheese on my burgers. Drive through people making orders with no napkins included. So if you have kids you have to go back into the store. #weak

My Quarter Pounder was severely undercooked! Totally raw in the middle! Open 24 hours but wouldn't answer the phone.

The service was terrible, male on drive thru between 2am to 3am was mad at life. He didn’t ask me if I was a reward member, I am. He was unpleasant and rude and probably needs to work when the sun is out. The food was disgusting, reheated fries, dark n hard, filet o’ fish was dark and greasy. Definitely don’t go here if you hungry. They upset, serving reheated food with no sense of urgency. Will not be returning, I’ll drive out the way first.
