Would be nice if order taker by deive thru, would "LISTEN" On the petition of customer. I ask for a filet o fish sandwich to add lettuce and tomato. Was told it comes with it. Got charged for a complete different item. I once worked in a McDonald's. Therefore l know the menu.
There’s not one time that they have not messed up my order you can go 1000 times to McDonald’s and they will messed up your order 1000 times the people on the drive-through the ones that will take your order. They’re always rude.
