Service is bad. I got sick eating food. The employees face tells everything they do not want to work there. They don’t clean up the tables or floor. It’s slippery. Bathroom is disgusting. There are food and trays on the table. Been sitting there at least 30 minutes since I have been there.
I ordered tea, but instead of tea, I received a cup of strange, cloudy white liquid. It looked like water that had been used to rinse the ice cream machine. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I paid for tea, not some unknown liquid from a machine. I’m very disappointed with this experience and concerned about the quality and cleanliness of the equipment. Please take this issue seriously.
Terrible customer service during drive through hours
