Officially the slowest McDonald's in Simi Valley. Their Service and Efficiency are terrible. You can be the 2nd person in line and you're still waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes. I was there picking up an Uber delivery that had been placed 15 minutes prior. The order took so long that my customer removed my tip for delivery due to the excessive wait time which made my delivery over 15 minutes late.
