Came and the mobile system was having problems and Terry helped us and got us our order quickly, will be back because

Sat in my curbside pickup spot for 25 minutes maybe more. My wife had to call.The employee she spoke with said they had forgotten about the order, and the kid that brought it out said they were backed up. There were no cars anywhere. I sat there for 25 mins. She was assured the order was in its way out. Get home, 15 mins away to have zero sauce which we pay extra for. No straws for our drinks. This is why we don’t come very often, and honestly never again at this location.
Order at the kiosk, a half hour later we are told it didn't go thru. Service is extremely slow. Next time we will go to the Bath McDonald's
