Undercooked burgers...and nothing done about it
would give one star review if possible morning shift is very rude. They got my order wrong and when I want him to say something they huffed and puffed. And we’re very upset that I asked them to Fix their mistake
Granted there's a certain level of expectation for a McDonald's restaurant experience, but this location off of Hwy 45 in Kewaskum fell several pegs short of the already low bar. It was just after "normal" lunch time on a Sunday, there was one other table in the restaurant who already had their food, and we saw/heard evidence of at least 7 employees on the clock.
