Mal servicio, ordene en la app y cuando llegue a recoger mi orden me dicen que fue cancelada, muestro el recibo de mi orden y de que me la cobraron solo me dicen que no la tienen y que quizá el dinero se me regresará a la cuenta, en conclusión perdí mi tiempo y al final si me la cobraron, no es la primera vez que hacen lo mismo.
The employee was on a cleaning mission, super friendly too. Very, very clean McDonald's, but I guess that's what I get for showing up before the lunch madness. Wait until the lunch rush, though.
ZERO STARS ON THIS LOCATION AT 600 REDWOOD HWY, MARIN MILL VALLEY. Do not spend your money and waste your time here on this location. I went here today 8/15/2025 and there's 2 employee that I saw in the morning wearing green reflective vest. 2 Mexicans one is shorter than the other. The problem is the old lady taller than the other. She doesn't know what she's doing, giving wrong orders and doesn't know how to prioritize orders and customers.
