If you don't use the kiosk to order your food, plan on waiting a very long time for help. Being visually impaired, I can't use the kiosk but I had a very hard time getting someone to wait on me and take my order and when they did they acted like I was a nuisance to them.
The managers who run this store do not care about customer service or satisfaction, they watch their crew suffer and don’t bother to help! Every manager who was on the shift at 6pm on this date needs to be written up and demoted because their crew embers who are kids cared more than them. By far the worst McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had, we could have went to south and broadway and got better service then here just sad, the managers didn’t even care to fix the problems just offered refunds. lol pathetic
customer service sucks. This is Sylvania so I would expect a whole different atmosphere.
