U know when u go through the drive thru, make peace with the fact that fries r lukewarm and drive off? Well I did that & discovered they forgot my paddy. I’m not driving back for a $3 burger but wish I could know everything is in the bag without looking.
We visited this location at 1 am on a Friday night and there were two people working in the store. We were third car in line at the drive-thru and it took about 25 minutes to get our food. I would have canceled the order or driven off, but it was already paid for. The worker at the window was extremely apologetic and obviously quite stressed, so I felt bad for her, but this is not acceptable service.
