No hello, or any other manners shown. Workers bored and lazy. Had to repeat my order about 5x, because she seemed to bored to listen. Went thru drive-thru, ordered two drinks, and I had to ask for straws!! Hopefully these workers will be replaced soon
The manager waited on me and a friend, Got mad when I wanted the breakfast to go,of which I ordered that way in the first place.She talsed the food in the to go bag, and forgot the syrup for the pancakes.I did not go back for the syrup,was already home. This happened on 12/31/2011 at 8:30 A.M.
Their service was very bad on the morning of 10/29/2011. I was ignored by 4 workers when I went to get a syrup. Later, I found out my hashbrown was missing too, but I didn't go back for it because it takes 5 minutes just to get their attention. I had a good experience there at night though (a while ago) . Did they change the management?
I visit 6 days per week--Victoria insures good serice and is always courteous. Food is also good. However coffee not so great. I don't know why.
