Just finished trying the Big Arch. It sucked! The sandwich was cold and the roll was stale. Not to mention I waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes. I think the sandwich has potential but not at this location. That's $9.00 I'll never see again. Forget about trying to work into the gourmet burger market with locations like this! POORLY MANAGED!

I can’t believe this they give me a fish sandwich instead of 2 cheese burgers and I’m allergic to FISH!!!! I kindly asked them if they can give me my correct order and the manger says no than kicks me out the drive through LAWSUIT
