Ordered only two McCafé specialty drink through the app, got to McDonald’s and the time on my receipt says 8:08, wait 15 minutes to get to the pick up window, once there I was asked to pull up to the last window which was weird because I only ordered two drinks, then waited for another 15 for said drinks while three cars behind me got their drinks and food and left, finally I just had to walk in and ask for the drink. No explanation as to why it took so long, no apologies. Do better.
This is the nicest McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time. Clean, nice atmosphere, fast and friendly service.
I ordered a huntrix meal through the drive thru. I did not know they ended. Instead of telling me, they threw a regular chicken nugget meal in a saja boy box breakfast box and threw in a set of cards. I order the huntrix meal specifically for the shaker fries. Im dissapionted in your staff for not telling me they ended so I could order something else. The staff was wonderful otherwise.
