3/28/26 they gave the doordash orders away to random people and then refuse to make the order for the delivery when the delivery person arrives. Their goal is to waste everyone's time and keep people working without paying them. They also canceled my order because I am an American. 3/25/26 again there were any dark haired dark eyed people and they pretended to be unable to do anything for any Americans until people lost their temper with them. All they do is pick fights with customers and with delivery people.

Not sure what the heck was on my tortilla but this tortilla should’ve never left the kitchen. It should’ve been in the garbage. The ham on my sandwich also taste moldy. I’m so very disappointed it looks like someone’s got ash on my tortilla or it’s mold. Again this tortilla should’ve been in the garbage and not sold.
I know it's hard to be the only fast food drive thru in a small-town but their fries are always cold and their burgers are always cold even if there isn't a big line. I sure miss Hot springs, Ar they always made everything super fresh. Juneau location just isn't worth the money.
