The Manager of Mcd in Juneau was amazing! We ended up having unexpected car issues with our rental car and it died in the middle of the drive through. He came out so fast willing to help and go out of his way to make sure that he was as helpful as possible, while also still keeping us as customers. He then went inside to then make sure that our order didn’t get missed etc. He deserved to be recognized for acts of kindness like this. I believe that his name was Roy! Thank you from the both of us.
