Waited an hour and 30 mins (my receipt said 10pm and I got my food at 11:32pm) for old tasting food. Genuinely the worst McDonald’s experience I have EVER had. Was supposed to be a quick dinner before catching an early flight but food was borderline inedible and the wait was so long that it wasn’t even worth it to say anything else (I wasn’t the only one waiting). And to top it off…. MY BIG MAC WAS MISSING A PATTY 🫩 I think there was 1 guy back there that knew what he was doing. He looked defeated.

I ordered on the mobile app and waiting an hour before I went inside to ask for help. No one helped me for an additional half hour because there were at least 4 other people waiting on mobile orders. The order didn't show up on my app after a certain period of time, nor did they seem to have it in their system. A few people tried to get refunds, but no one helped them so I ended up leaving after 1.5 hours of waiting on "fast food".
