The food was old and didn’t taste good. The burger was put together very sloppy. No extra salt on fries like asked for. Only thing somewhat right was the drinks.
My large fry is half empty and I got there a minute early enough for breakfast and saw the advertisement go from breakfast to lunch and they refused to make my breakfast because it was then lunch time and the short African American lady was rude when I asked if a order was mine that turned out to not be when no one was getting the order. And the took 20 minutes to make one order with only an online order in the lobby.
Food was good.
I like going to McDonalds in Jena because it’s convenient and the food is usually good and most of the time my order is correct. However there have been several times when the ice cream machine hasn’t been working, which can be disappointing. I’ve also noticed that sometimes the dining area could use a little more attention when it comes to cleanliness. i think with more consistent maintenance and cleaning, this location could be even better. overall, its still a quick and easy grab a meal in Jena.
