(9:30) 9/12/25) I ordered 13-cookies and wanted them fresh the first time and they was not fresh at all, I can tell because I work at McDonald’s myself, at another location, so I came back to get it done right and all I heard was complaining, so when I finally got the “new batch” they were hard and matted together !! I can tell all they did was put the old cookies in the microwave to reheat them. I couldn’t even eat them and I was not finna waste my money so I went back AGAIN and got my refund.
