At least a 5min+ wait at the drivethru speaker just to order the food. Then they make you pull ahead and wait more for food. Food is missing from order. Food is cold and gross. Staff are impolite and don't seem to care.
Service at the drive thru was horrible! Worst McDonald's we have ever visited! Avoid this place! Needs new management and staff.
I got the McDonaldland meal, got charged extra for the milkshake, and didn't even get it. The lady gave me two sodas. When I asked about the milkshake, she just started yelling at me for no reason that the machine was broken. After she made a scene and I was almost crying because she yelled at me, my husband calmly told her that her yelling was unnecessary, and that I was upcharged for the milkshake that I didn't receive. She was being unprofessional but finally did offer to compensate for the milkshake.
If you eat at McDonald's I suggest you look up how and what their food is made out of. Also their food never rots so consider the preservatives that you're putting into your body for your children's!
