Good on service , food, and cleanliness.
I ordered 2 Mc Crispy which was supposed to come with lettuce and mayo. They put only pickles on them no mayo no lettuce nothing and the bread was hard as a rock like the sandwich was sitting in the warmer. This was at lunch time.
Drive through close most of the time, horrible customer service, cashiers always look at you funny
I’ve never had any issues at this location until today. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese, no onions. When I got to work, I noticed it had onions, which I removed. Unfortunately, after taking a bite, I realized the burger was bright red in the middle and clearly undercooked. Because of this, I had to throw the entire sandwich away. I understand how busy it can get, but serving fully cooked food—especially hamburgers—is essential for customer safety.
