Staff is literally in their phones ignoring customers while they stack up
This particular McDonald’s is a disappointment even by fast food standards. There’s nothing fast about it, in my experiences there’s a 20-30 minute wait regardless of what you order. After that wait, expect your order to be wrong. Servers move at leisurely speed with no regard for accuracy or service. You’d be better off getting a table at a nice restaurant for the time you’d save.
They should shut this place down. Total embarrassment to the McDonald’s franchise. The four folks working here all have no idea how to handle the kiosk and online ordering system
Worst McDonald’s. Ever. Ordered at 9 and got my uber eats order at 11pm and half missing. Dont go here expecting anything to be right
