Ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes and no one came to tell me there’s no ice cream available. Wasting my time and then refund me without the tax money, which means I paid tax to waiting 40 minutes for nothing. They eventually give me a smoothie as compensation as I was really mad😅😅😅😅

This location has always had a bad reputation, but recently it’s gotten so much worse, they’ll make the food but then not hand it to you for 10 minutes, I had to reach over and grab mine once, another time waited 15 minutes for one item and was missing half. Never talked to any employee once…I understand they’re understaffed but this is a pattern. Requested refund on the app and they said I had to return to the store…..which is kinda ridiculous cause if they can’t get food right how can they process a refund. Place is always... read more
