This McDonald's service is horrible poor customer service either they don't have enough staff or they clearly don't know what they are doing I waited for my food over 30 min and then had my hold order wrong whomever the person that's doing the training needs to go back and be retrained on how to train employees their customer service sucks.Needs New Management unsatisfied customer I will never go back

There was a girl who most unhelpful and seemed to not know how the process she works with goes. I had an order using a code and she wouldn't help me. Luckily, a gentleman helped me and eventually I got my order. She purposefully was unhelpful and that was evident when the young man helped me. Shame on you. There is zero customer service with that one with the colorful braids.
