On 10/23 at 9:34pm I entered a drive thru lane with only 3 cars ahead of me. I did not reach the pick-up window to get my food until 10:25. It took 50 minutes to get through the drive thru. The person working was too busy on their cell phone to do their job. My food was not surprisingly cold. This location should be shut down. The local owner apparently couldn't care less. What a dump.
Come on drive thru. Made mobile order and when got here I’m waiting for almost a hour. Lais said they were on shift change. If I knew I would have come, it would be faster cooking home. Last McDonald’s order ever. Go to a BK instead, even if it is far!!!
This is the worst McDonalds in Richmond. I thought the 18th st one was but no, not anymore.
