Never fails McDonald’s always drops the ball. Last week they forgot my hash brown. This week I didn’t get a spoon with my oatmeal I’m always the first person of the day. How do you make mistakes with the first person of the day. Smdh literally the job is not hard. I use to work at McDonalds as my first job. It’s definitely doable. Only two self ordering stations and the touchscreen doesn't work that well, had to enter multiple time. Getting the food also take a longer time than other McDonald's. The good thing is there's a children playing area.
Ever since McDonald's switched to self ordering inside, employee customer courtesy is almost non-existent.
Meh- service is slow but better than the one on the Island for sure. McDonald's food just isn't great anymore though.
