The 6:00 a.m. manager, Hanifa, refused to serve me. I initially asked for change from a $10 bill from the first cashier who assisted me. She advised she didn't have two $5 bills, I asked did she have any ones, she advised she did. I then asked to purchase a syrup, and Hanifa stated verbatim, “I’m not opening my drawer for that.” I find this interaction extremely inappropriate and believe I was refused service in a discriminatory manner.
