Perfectly cooked hasbrowns, soda mix spot on this was the greatest McDonald’s establishment I have ever experienced.
Stopped by the McDonald’s next to Landfall and was honestly pretty disappointed. The service was slow, the staff seemed overwhelmed, and my order came out wrong even after repeating it twice. The restaurant didn’t feel very clean either. Definitely not up to the standard you’d expect from such a busy location.
Food was fresh, restaurant and rest rooms were clean. Service was fast and friendly. Will visit again the next time I am in the area.
I don’t know who the older lady is at the drive thru intercom / window with the grayish hair but she had the poorest attitude. I don’t think that’s a way to treat your customers. Have a better attitude or don’t have a customer service job. The young lady at the second window was super nice, & the food was great.
