Went to get The Grinch meal and a free burgerbecausemy birthdaywas the otherday. I ordered on the app. The app said my order would be ready in 2-5 minutes, I was 5 minutes away so thats cool. Git there and had to wait over 40 minutes! The other customers waiting were nice, the only guy at the counter was nice and he was trying his best. 30 minutes in the drive through for a grinch meal. Maybe 4th of July week id understand, but this is bullshit.
I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes in line and finally paid and got to the 2nd window to be told I needed to go park somewhere to wait an additional 7 minutes for a small fry. There were 2 cars ahead of me that had already parked waiting for fries so I asked if I could stay at the window to wait. The girl said no. I asked if I could have a free small fry coupon and just collect my burger. The person who took our order was rather rude and unfriendly we had made a mistake of forgetting to say it was two orders. they then gave us attitude.
