Excessively long wait and twice did not give me my full order. The pandemic ruined so many establishments.
I waited 28 minutes to pick up my call in order today about 1:30 pm. Worst wait ever! The company needs to allow for a cancellation without payment for prolonged waiting times
In all my years ordering sausage mcmuffins I've never had to say with egg, but I guess you do, I got no egg. Why would you want a mcmuffin without the egg. The one with Canadian bacon comes with an egg. Maybe they should say with egg? Just very weird.
I waited at the drive thru menu board for 12 minutes. The cars behind me were pulling out. I waited because I had time and was curious as to how long it would take. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a cup of water. They charged me a dollar for the water which was unusual. The sandwich was okay but the experience was horrible. I've been to this McDonald's many times but something must have been going wrong inside this time. They lost much business in the 12 minute wait time. hmmm.
Avoid if you can. Absolutely no quality control. Management needs to step up on their food preparation. My burger was charred / way overcooked. Yet the fries were undercooked -still a bit frozen- as well as being unseasoned. Luckily, the fries containers were only half filled so the pain of eating them was limited.
