I had quite literally the worst experience of my life at this McDonald’s. I waited nearly 32 minutes for a simple order while sitting inside the lobby. During that time, I went up to the counter multiple times asking about my food, only to be brushed off with the same dismissive response: “we’re working on it.” Not once did I feel acknowledged as a customer, let alone respected. Call that a daily double? And whats with both this location amd 64th and greenway smashing the buns and hamburgers? Cooks need to be retrained also wrappers keep smashing stuff i dont want a smashed burger and bun.
I guess I was an invisible customer.
