Used my McDonald’s rewards points at this location for a large fry The app updated and used my points still I showed the order and points transferred on my end and The manager was refusing to give me my order since it didn’t process on their end and I ended up losing my points and receiving nothing on my ended other than wasted time and rude terrible service
I was discriminated against by the store manager because of the color of my skin. I walked into this restaurant to get a coffee and when I was at the register I asked the lady if she was Mexican. Because my wife is Latina and her accent seemed to be Mexican. The lady at the register who was the store manager then told me to leave the store! She refused to help me! She told me to never come back to this store again! Unacceptable behavior! I am Caucasian and you cannot refuse service to someone based on the color of their skin... read more
