I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at McDonald's today at approximately 6:40 AM. I requested a decaf coffee, and the employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner, telling me that if I wanted to ensure it was decaf, I should “buy a Keurig and make it myself.” This comment was inappropriate, unprofessional, and not acceptable in a customer service setting. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal and a Happy Meal for my son, and once again this McDonald's location delivered an outstanding experience. I always come to this location, and it never fails. The service and quality are consistently spectacular every single time we visit. Whoever the man who worked the counter at 10 am, Wednesday March 18, did a phenomenal job. Loved the caramel frappe he made. He explained the menu/current promos very well. Ronald McDonald would be proud.
Worst customer service I have ever got do not come here in the morning manger is something else….. just don’t come here in the morning haven’t got they cofee…….
