Ordered in the McDonald's app for pick up at the counter. Went to get my order, and the restaurant doors were locked. We could see people inside, but couldn't get in. Went in the drive thru and gave the order number, the girl working couldn't figure it out, and tried to give us several other orders. Finally went to get a "manager" and she said they didn't have enough employees so they locked the doors. Finally got our and someone else's too (sorry Carl).
