Their fries have always been fresh!
Ever since the new ownership of the Palos Heights McDonald’s establishment, service and quality have gone downhill. Every time I purchase french fries, they never give you the TRUE full serving of fries. They never completely fill up the fry containers. I can understand if it happened once, no big deal. But, EVERY time I visit and receive my order of fries this occurs, which shows me that this is their business standard. This McDonald's used to be pretty good with getting orders correct, but they've gotten worse recently. The people are still generally pretty nice, but the whole operation just feels more disorganized than it used to be. Even ordering in advance for pickup isn't immune to errors.
Small order and ave to pull up and wait way to long. Poorly ran.
