This is the worst McDonald’s in Hollywood/Dania. The workers have no sense of urgency even when the place is packed. Waiting 20min for one item is ridiculous. Cannot wait for shake shack to open. Terrible management
Waited 30 min for 4 items, the girl working the front was so rude & entitled. Gave me freezing cold French fries & had MAJOR attitude when I asked if I could get some that were hot. I’m so sorry I inconvenienced you at a job YOU chose to work at. Slowest McDonald’s worst customer service. Even if it’s McDonald’s at least fake smile. Sick of the entitled teens these days.
I definitely do not recommend going into the diner. Even when it’s not busy, you’ll end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time for your food because of the drive-thru. When I finally received my order, the muffins were burnt and the hash browns were stale and served at room temperature. While I was waiting, another customer asked for a refund due to the long wait, that alone should speak for itself.
