Extremely disappointing customer service at this McDonald’s. We were in line since 3:30 AM patiently waiting to place our order. After 15 minutes of waiting, at 3:45, the employee suddenly told us, “We’re closed now,” and refused to take our order. What makes it worse is that there were still cars being served in the drive-thru, and there was no cone or sign indicating that the lanes were closed.
