The food an service was great
McDonalds is going downhill. I'm sorry. I loved it as a kid. It was such a treat. Nowadays, I dread going. I don't mind kiosk ordering. Heck, as an introvert, I probably prefer it. However, I'm tired of going to McDonalds and finding out they are missing some significant "ingredient." At the kiosk, ALL carbonated drinks were greyed out. Now, to be fair, one of the cashiers also came to tell us that the fountain drinks weren't working. If that is the case, though, there should be a significant discount for the combos.
