We came in and tried to order at the register, waited 12 minutes. Finally I just used the kiosk. It's been 20 minutes. The kitchen staff are all laughing and don't seem to care much about getting our order out. They kept pulling cars up too. It's like they waited until all 5 orders were ready before bringing ours to the lobby. They took the curbside orders out first. These people are seriously inadequate at NO time should I have to order the same exact double cheeseburger THREE times because THREE times they got it wrong after making me sit and wait..a monkey could do better
Ordered at kiosk, waited on food and the drinks were brought to me with pop all down the sides they didn’t bother wiping them down so I had to ask for napkins it was all over their counter. Another thing when people order fries fill them all don’t half do it.
