If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Probably the worst McDonald's in the Lansing area, always forget something. Drive-thru is usually super super slow, nobody's ever in the lobby. Bathrooms are disgusting. Employees don't know what they're doing and management is totally lost. Please don't ask me to send a review to your stupid corporate account because it achieves nothing. Maybe pay attention to an on-site inspection instead of asking your customers to take care of your business for you.
They consistently forget stuff and they bring it out to the car Everytime And by the the time you check your order the person is gone and you have to go inside if the lobby is open. How hard is it to read a screen and put the order in a bag? I tried your establishment once again today and was once again failed by your horrible employees. This time they gave me the wrong sauce forgot one of my burgers. The management needs to go
Service in the lobby is next to none waited around 10 mintues to place order before I left. From my observation unorganized
