Very bad, I ask for strawberry shake, they ended up giving me half vanilla half strawberry, I told the guy on the window about it but he didnt care instead of change it he refuse and only apologize. The wraps are also bad, They dont have chicken and have more lettuce and sauce unacceptable. Very unhappy
UPDATE THEY SCAMMED MY POINTS & TOOK A FREE BIG MAC & I NEVER GOT ANY POINTS BACK AFTER ALL!!!! HORRIBLE LOCATION Ordered on the app to secure food & waited 10+ minutes in the lobby while no one came to check on the 7+ customers in store. I saw my food sitting by the woman putting it all together at 8:57a & nobody came to explain anything. No one has control over the app? then why have use it? Ever since they’ve remodeling it’s been bad(probably management) Always tells guests to park, care more about time than customers. Fries were oversalted and manager lied to me by stating the nuggets were fresh when they were not. This place keep disappointing me!
They messed up my drink it it was supposed to be a large not a medium, so I was like well it’s okay we did go at 1am! We asked for cooked to order… the fries were soggy… and then I asked for 4 buffalo (with mayo cause I wanted to mix it…) and they gave me hot honey… my partners snack wrap was barley wrapped. : ((( very upset though they were very nice
