Easily the worst McDonald’s in the Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates area. I made a promise to myself years ago never to come back to this one, but decided to stop against my better judgment only because I needed to stop at Walgreens next-door beforehand. Respectfulyl, trying to communicate and problem solve an issue with the team at this location is damn near impossible. I ordered for curbside at 5:27am. I pulled up and parked at 5:33am. I had to CALL and ask where my order was at 5:54am. At first they tried to tell me I didn't have an order there, then they realized they'd messed up and thought it was for delivery. Guy hands me my food and starts to walk off before I can even check if it's warm. I stop him and make him wait cause my food had been sitting for 30min. Best quality McDonald's my family goes too. Just came through the drive-through and Kevin (department manager) took our order. He was super friendly and efficient. Best drive-through experience we have ever had. P.S the ice cream machine was working.
