I didn’t receive part of my order. I called 3 times no one answered. I would like a refund for the item missing.
Easily the worst McDonald’s in the Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates area. I made a promise to myself years ago never to come back to this one, but decided to stop against my better judgment only because I needed to stop at Walgreens next-door beforehand. Respectfulyl, trying to communicate and problem solve an issue with the team at this location is damn near impossible.
