My drink didn't have any ice, and my sandwiches had some kind of disgusting gristle that felt like biting into some kind of oversized grub. I nearly spat my sandwich all over the cab of my truck.
This McDonalds was pretty good until they remodeled it. It’s a nightmare now. I waited 20 minutes for my order without a drink. They said it was waiting on fries. Fries take like 4 minutes. They didn’t bring me my drink and said it was waiting on tea. I waited 10 more minutes. If you need something they’re all hiding in the back. You can’t get your own drink and you just have to wonder why they have so many people back there not cannot ever put an order together competently.
The drive-thru lady, Shawna (I believe), was very kind. I was having good day, but this lady turned it into a GREAT day with her sweet personality and professional service. I hope this place takes care of their employees, especially Shawna!
