Staff including managers need educated on the menu. I know what I wanted, I know what I ordered. They clearly didn’t know how to prepare it. Lady manager said what you wanted is a frappe. No, what I wanted is what I ordered. Iced mocha. Comes with whipped cream and drizzle. I am an everyday McDonald’s coffee person, well I was!
Don't order breakfast after 10 am or they will just make whatever, I ordered 2 steak bagels an one had 2 tops an the other had 2 bottoms an because it was close to lunch they used raw onions instead of caramelized onions, crap service that you come to expect from McDonald's, crap service crap food crap expensive experience
This place has great atmosphere. Especially in the mornings. Classic interior and lots of seniors getting some breakfast. Awesome place
Had to wait fifteen minutes for a quarter pounder
Terrible service. Inadequate preparation and service. Only one respectable employee on nightshift. Absolutely needs a mature adult nightshift supervisor. Ordered a smoothie got half of one with just ice cubes, previously got incorrectly made tea, once got strawberry milkshakes as opposed to smoothies. Just repetive errors with the order or just lack of effort into said orders.
