On July 5th had a horrible experience at this McDonalds. 45 minute wait. Everyone in the place was waiting. Gave us McDonald flurry’s first so they all melted drinks were water down from the ice melting. When the food finally came it was tuff and cold like it had been sitting there the whole time. And on top of that the order ( everything but the cold fries was WRONG) and the girl kept calling me boo! Three people in there one being me asked for a refund and she said it would take longer than the food. Waisted our money food... read more
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The staff was not friendly at all. We ordered our food to eat inside the restaurant, but it was served in takeout bags. On top of that, our order was missing several items. When we went back to the counter to let them know, no one helped us or tried to fix the problem. I hope they improve their customer service and pay more attention to their customers, because this was a very frustrating experience.
Incompetent, completely incompetent. Was given someone else’s order all together when the manager “fixed it” they still gave me the wrong order and she kept my receipt. I don’t ever write reviews but I just hope they see this so they can actually train their people to PAY ATTENTION

I called and asked for a mcpickle with extra pickles and they hung up
