I don’t understand how I’m standing in a McDonald’s with employees at the front counter, yet I’m forced to order from a kiosk like I’m inconveniencing them. What exactly are y’all here for? And let’s be real—y’all acting like everybody homeless or something, like people don’t deserve basic respect when they walk in. People still expect actual customer service. Came in for a quick bite to eat and this one employee stood out while working in the lobby today her name is Renata she has such a positive genuine attitude and she went above and beyond to help me with the kiosk and making my experience so great I look forward to seeing her in the future each time I come in which will be more often then usual due to the experience with her
