I went to get a small fry and drink and it took way to long and as soon as I got my fries they were uncooked and some were burnt black. Then I asked for my cup WITH the receipt and they would not give me my cup so I bought another one. Horrible service and food.
McDonald’s isn’t what it used to be. They charge an up charge for medium coffee with a breakfast meal. I don’t ask for a medium but no big deal. Coffee should be in the price of the meal, but again I can deal with that. Looks like I got a small coffee in a medium cup, it’s happened before. Last time I went inside and complained. The Deschers used to run a better operation. Maybe it’s just McDonald’s in general.
03-26-26 1:45pm McDonald's REFUSED to honor advertised special that was on the windows of the restaurant. Secondarily, the tween working the drive thru stated she could only offer a big Mac for a BOGO and then stated they weren't offering the special anymore?? You just offered
