Placed a mobile order for my boyfriend and I and he picked it up. They were missing my 10pc nugget. My boyfriend went back up there to get the missing 10pc and they were asking for a receipt even though we had a screenshot of the mobile order and picked it up less than an hour prior. They gave my boyfriend an insanely hard time and claimed there weren’t any orders with our order code since 10pm and basically tried to gaslight him.
