Okay, I had to change my review on McDonald's because the food I've been getting there recently is well-prepared and the fries are fresh instead of oil soaked like the old picture I provided. Now things are good. I don't eat at McDonald's often but when my autoimmune disease is giving me tremendous problems I like to have a double cheeseburger, a large fry, and a large Coke and for some reason that does well on my stomach.
