Very unpleasant and un-professional experience with the manager “Adolfo” had to ask for a water cup and service 4 times at The FRONT counter, while I was being ignored and being told to wait I watched him pack and serve 5 drive thru cars that were there way after me. When I brought this up he gave me an attitude and played the victim didn’t even acknowledge the situation. This location has gone down hill, customer service and your place in line used to actually mean something back in the day. Do better McDonald’s.
Understandable why this place has such low stars .... I literally just sat in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes well some kids in front of me fooled around I questioned the guy at the drive-thru and he told me it was the co-worker and they kept ordering stuff last minute I understand now why they were laughing the whole time it's pretty inconsiderate and inappropriate I would say for you to sit there and keep ordering more food when people are waiting in line behind you especially when you're an employee of the location a... read more

Drive through ice cream was quick and a nice portion. They were friendly and gave me my receipt without me having to ask for it. That's super important to me. Thank you!
