It is locally owned and it needs a lot of attention! It is very frustrating to stop by after work to grab food for my kids. And just rest . Get home and be missing items or even wrong order given. This has not happened Once or twice it’s constantly! When I went back to request the missing items I was literally accused of lying! I ordered only an iced latte and the screen I ordered from told me to take a table tent, input the number and grab a seat your drink is on the way! I did as instructed but waited and waited until it came about 11 minutes later. The young lady delivering it to me at my table was very apologetic and even made a new one for me since mine was sitting at the counter I guess? I give this McDonald's 4 stars.
