Wow, I’m literally still sitting in the parking lot. I just had the rudest encounter with I’m guessing the manager man, seems to be the same person that I’m now reading about in the reviews. I ordered via the app and they said pick up your order at the counter which is what I tried to do. This man yelled at me that I need to tell them the number first before I grab my food, which is fair but you dont speak rudely to people. Horrible service , waited 20 mins for a sandwich no meal , no one at store either
Terrible service! They were short-staffed, which, I understand, can happen sometimes. However, they had a lobby full of customers waiting and didn't even acknowledge anyone. One of the staff had to walk through the crowd to go near the restrooms. She said no one was working the registers, so use the kiosks. In the group of customers, there were people who wanted to use cash.
